Mark Rodenberg
Co-Founder & Executive Foreman
Mark has grown up doing remodeling with his father since his childhood, then was a plumber's apprentice for a year and then apprenticed with a master framer for five years. Mark has worked on a wide variety of projects both personally and professionally. He is also a licensed real estate agent in MO and KS, and can provide valuable insight into the market value of your project.
David Barnett
Co-Founder & Executive Manager
Dave grew up on the farm, learning to work with his hands and solve problems in real time. After college, he started his own remodeling business where he apprenticed under a general contractor for three years. Dave then moved into the business and IT sector where he learned valuable problem-solving and analytical skills using organization and technology, all while still doing remodeling jobs on the side. Dave has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
