We always create professional, detailed drawings for you which are reviewed and given an official stamp by a licensed structural engineer. These steps ensure you have confidence that your deck is built to the highest standard by people who know what we are doing.

We will communicate regularly with arrival times and status reports. While unanticipated events will undoubtedly occur, we will communicate with you as soon as we know. If we have a question about the build, we ask you immediately.

Building does have it's dirt and dust for sure, but we dedicate time every day to clean up after ourselves, and will do our best to minimize the impact throughout the entirety of your project. We believe that a clean site is a fast site.
